Caroline Weaver

Caroline Weaver joined Mindell Law as a clerk and now as a full-time attorney. Before coming to Mindell Law, Caroline interned at the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office in the Circuit Court Division, where she gained insight into courtroom procedure. She later worked at an insurance defense firm, where she gained legal experience and insight.

Caroline received her bachelor’s degree in international relations from Michigan State University. Caroline then proceeded to University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. At Detroit Mercy Law, Caroline was an active member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates, where she developed legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Caroline was also involved in Detroit Mercy Law’s Immigration Clinic. This experience deepened her commitment to helping clients navigate challenging legal situations.
